Just a quick question. Looking for a place to pick up a big bore (73mm) head gasket for an 82 KZ1000 without having to buy the whole big bore kit, pistons and all.

Having difficulty finding one. If I can't find one, I am going to have to resort to making my own or having one made.

Sure thing. Working on the `82 right now. Just doing a quick rebuilt to get her up and running first. It will be my wife's bike. Replacing her 2013 FZ6R to get rid of the payment.

After I get the 82 running, I will be switching my focus to my 79 KZ which I will be bobbing. I will be sure to take pictures, maybe even start a project thread once I start on the 79.
