I have a 94 kawasaki vulcan 1500! I just repainted it. After putting the tank back on and trying to run the bike i realized some trash had got into the carbs. I have cleaned the carbs thoroughly and it still will not run right. The bike idles fine but as i start giving it gas it starts popping back and losing power and eventually shuts off. afterwards when i check the plugs they are black and smell like gas, all 4 of them. It seems like it is getting too much gas but i don't know what is causing it. any help would be appreciated! This bike was running fine before the paint job. i'm stumped!
