I'm new to the Bike world and i know when i put Cams in my supra turbo i got 45 HP on the dyno and my idle quality was still good. now if i get a race cam for my 06 zzr600 what can i expect as far as HP/Torque and idle quality, and daily driver ability.

636 ! I don't have your answer but have you checked with the manufactures of these cams to see if they list a horsepower gain.
Also, you might already know this, but many modify the air intake, rejet the carbs and put race exhaust on to bump the horsepower. Rejetting
4 carbs would be a job ! Just my 2 cents, nice pic.
