hey guyz I have another problem with my bike, my idle **** is not working, its really low its at 1 on the gage, and it turns of if i dont rev it a certain way, when i turn the idle **** it does not do anything, any suggestions? and right before this happened i replaced my filter with a K@N filter.

 

Filter has nothing to do with it. I would trace the cable and see if it is damaged/disconnected somewhere.

 

someone told me since i changed the air filter, I have to get it re jetted so the idle can match up with the new filter, is that true?

 

I wouldnt worry about it

 

make sure it's at operating temp before you mess with the idle ****.

 

Not sure if it's the same on yours but the **** twisty sometimes slides down and you have to pull it back out. Probably no help....oh well.

 

Same thing happens too mine o occasion, might be worth looking into OP.
