I have an '06 ZZR. I have it totally torn down right now just tweaking on it. I bought it damaged, and have been putting it back together. So, I have been coming across parts from different friends and such. I have a full '06 636 exhaust system that I am curious to know if it will fit. I also have a full front fork system that I am waiting to transfer to but that is another post...

Anyone have any ideas?

 

But since the zzr is the 599cc engine, doesn't the 636use the same engine cases but with different bore/stroke? I am thinking that a full system from a 636 would fit the heads but not sure of the extra mods needed to make the whole system fit.

 

Yah, I was pretty sure it was the same case layout. I am not sure what it would take to change the heads and stuff. I imagine you would have to change out all the internals. Maybe not the transmission, but since you are already that far...
