Default Carb Pics

Thank you Jeff, I appreciate that my friend.

Today I took on the task of breaking the carbs down a little more and really getting all the pores clean. I found that only one of the large floats was moving freely, but also its needle and jet were almost completely clogged with carbon buildup. It's a wonder this thing ever started or idled.

It was difficult to unstick the other 3 large floats. They were welded to their cylinders with that thick, black, goopy, oily stinky stuff that i can't seem to get the smell out of my nose.

It was very difficult to break these free but i managed to do so over about an hour.

So hopefully photobucket will post these in the proper chronological order of how i took them...
