DA**!!!! Wish I could read the article to go along with the vid. I'm sure they both thought OH SH***!!!!!

 

How could you screw-up that bad if you're only running about 60-65, maybe 70mph (europe; shows kph on speedo)? Was the guy distracted or what? That curve was not that tough to negotiate!
I think he focused on the oncoming rider and freaked. You go where you look.

 

well, he is a dumbass, plain and simple. He passed the car in a no-passing zone, crossing the centerline - and he JUST barely missed the first bike in doing so... having been caught off guard, it looked to me like it screwed up his line and concentration... then he went WAY into the other lane... and yes - turned right into the guy by looking at him.

Stuff like that is exactly why I wont go to the gap

 

Yeah he just target fixated and went straight for him. It was posted on youtube before, the ****ing moron who caused it is in hospital, and the guy who got hit died. Another squid on a bike way too powerful for his miniscule talent

 

I have herd this "you go where you look"....... I dont...... i can be riding and turn my head completely around and look behind me just fine,,, and keep going straight. I dont go where i look..... i guess im special.... lol...

 

The speedo showed he was hittng 100+ at times. From the video, that was entirely way too fast for those twisties expecially since there seemed to be quite a bit of traffic of all sorts. Hate to hear that he took a life on his super fast ride! Totally not necessary! He will never be able to explain to that guys family why he did this, accident or no accident, he definitely was not careful in his decision to ride the way he did.
