This came off a chevy spectrum with 21k. I was going to use it to turbo my klx, but its still a tad bit big. It would be perfect for any twin, or 4 banger. these cost around $300-400 new /reconditioned. $169 shipped!
ZERO SHAFT PLAY, Lateral and and ventrical. No flail damage what so ever. I didnt attempt to spin it when pulled out of the car, i immediately filled it with oil and let it set. The shaft moves freely. i even attached my shop vac to the hot side and played with it for about an hour. Sounds awesome. Internally waste gated to i believe 8 psi, but i have heard 6. it is an IHI VI55. Just needs a bath. Is water and oil cooled. JIC, IHI is a top notch turbo manufacturer and primary for subaru and isuzu heavy industry.
