[Can you give me any advice for anything else i will need to complete the upgrade?
I have a 2 brothers juice box on the bike already and a race exhaust,
Is it worth porting the head etc etc??

The 2 Bro,s juice box is made by Dobek performance and RE badged.
It will NOT flow enough fuel for anything more than 250cc. Trust me, I tried with the same unit on a 300. Contact Matt Stoken, Dobek performance, he will reprogram the Juice box to flow more gas to accomodate the increase in CC.
