I just got done prepping a sweet leg of lamb.
I've got a boneless leg of lamb in a food saver vacuum bag with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, pepper, a little worcester and just a bit of moho.....mmmm.
The rotisserie is all set up for the wood grill ..... using apple wood for the heat source this year...yummie.

Yeah, we do. I was j/k. Although, after 8 months of eating the same KBR chow every night, an MRE is starting to look like a welcome break from the monotany.
