Oh - and just kick this guy's *** and be done with it. Make it clear that she doesn't want anything to do with him so he should just shove off. Offer to help him do just that.

That would be nice but it too can cause a lot of problems, I would not go down this path but if it comes to it make sure there are no witnesses. Also make sure he won't want to come back for anymore and then start watching your back, that's the problem with this option.

Don't get me wrong a lot of times I wish it was 1845 so justice could be properly dispensed but its not and there are there can be serious consequences for our misguided actions. Even self defense can be a much clouded option in the laws eyes.

Just a tip if you were to have to defend yourself make sure your are backed into a corner with no way out, than it’s a little more easy to justify your actions. Still your are walking in a very grey area.

NS.....I totally agree with you. I am trying to do it the "right way" and its going to be hard. It would make me alot happier to just kick the **** out of him and burry him in the desert....but I am trying to let her work it out the way she wants to.

dont need it....I live in the middle of the desert. I know plenty of places to toss a body and the coyotes will eat it up in days....hehehe

 

I still say a good old fashioned punch in the nose can really do wonders to make the other guy see your side of things.
