I saw a moutain lion a few years back when i went hiking with my cousin.

Ixtapa, Mexico. I go there every year and I will be retiring there. Paradise right off a postcard. It is today where Acapulco was about 20 to 25 years ago... just now starting to become a major player. Wake up to ocean breeze, eat breakfast, sit on the beach all day with Cabana girls bringing you pina coladas, margaritas and vampiros, beautiful sunsets, party all night up and down the beach, go to bed...

Beachfront property is dirt cheap and has risen between 8 and 13% each year for the last 5 years. My soon to be ex and I bought a condo in the building you see in the pix below for under 300... you couldn't touch it on either coast in the US for under a mil. Too bad it will be liquidated in the divorce. She already said she won't let me buy her part... so if I want another another one, I am going to end up paying at least another 20% over what we bought the original one for.
