I wish I had a sweet moto track in my back yard

 

Granted, but the local authorities would not let you use it because it doesn't have handicap facilities, incomplete code inspections, lean on property due to back taxes, lack of acceptable sanitary facilities, and environmental impact on wild life bird wet lands. This would all cost a total of 1.5 million dollars to get business permits and open or use the track..........Whew!

Granted, but it snows 6 feet and becomes the worst blizzard in 30 years and you have to stay at the convenient store 24/7 until the snow is entirely thawed and you never get to step foot in or play in it with your bikes...........whew!
