Sweet- I just went to work 7:45-5:15 and went for a easy jog with a hard core sprint at the end- I am really-REALLY out of shape! Hahaha

Anyway- in hs I used Ripped Fuel, that thing pumped me up- and helped my max press go up 45 lbs after I hit the plateau.

I will go to GNC and see what they have- I need a bit of a boost to help out- or at least make me think it's helping out, , , , *thinks about placebo . . . *

I work out at anytime fitness which is great cuz you can go anytime like the name says.....i work 330-1200 so i go after work.....a co-worker and i go and have a work out regiment.....i dont know if you are trying to build muscle or lose weight......for muscle you need protein, glutamine and lots of rest in between for you muscle to repair and for weight loss there is this stuff called lipo6 you can get a wal-mart or GNC where ever you want to buy it but it raises your heartrate and your metabolism which helps cut weight.....i take alot more crap to help out just depends on what you wanna do
