so i dont know your situation, do you live with the ex?
No, he lives downstairs, I live upstairs. We live in the same apartment builiding. My lease is up November 30, his is up December 18. I can actually get out of my lease without a penalty though, so I'm looking to buy a house in the next two months. We still share a garage though.

Well thanks for saying I'm a good member! Tell ya what, if I don't get the bike fixed, I'll consider staying on as the resident-know-it-all on bikes that don't run, LOL.

Hopefully this guy will come through tomorrow and I'll be able to afford the repair bill.

Bike went to the shop today thanks to a nice fireman I know with a trailer. She's not even on the schedule until Wednesday, but at least she's being fixed!!! I'm trying to keep my mind off of it, but I'm a worried mama and sick to my stomach. She's only been gone an hour!!!![:'(]

Hey Jennifer,
Hope it all works out for you over there and sorry to here about the bike. Mine is the best therapy $$ can buy.

No Letcher but try to get it together and forget about the ex just like others have said there is better for you out there and he is an ex for a reason. I know it’s easier said than done for I have had to do it a few times as well.

Remember your forum buddies are here for you when you need us. Good luck girl.

Got the bike back Friday afternoon, but not before the ex delivers a crippling blow. He's kicking me out of the garage. The bike has no home. I'm stuck after Friday the 22nd, UGH!

The apts have NO more garages available.

Why is he kicking you out of the garage? What an A$$, anyway your way better off without him. Too much fish in the sea. Is there a buddy that can let you keep it in their garage till you find one for yourself?

Anyway, hows the bike run? What was the problem that the mechanic found.
