One of the best stretches of road I have ever been on was going west out of Reno one day. Don't know why, just an awesome ride.
Talking about desert, When I managed the tire store, I had a lady come in once that parked on a newly repaved road. On one of those 110 degree days.....lol lol..... She had asphalt stuck to her tires.....lol lol..... We couldn't get it off. She had to buy new tires! LMAO! I bet she doesn't park on new roads in the middle of the summer anymore....lol
