Thanks for the offer Joe. I've been paying my insurence bill for a while a never filled a claim so figure its time for them to give me some money back . How bad was the damage to your zx-10 when they totaled it? I know for my bike I'm going to need all new plastics for the whole bike head lights and stay bracket.

my zx 10 had a dent in the frame. that was the only reason they toatalled it.

hey man sorry about your bike.
glad that you did not get hurt to bad.

I have had two people try to run me off the freeway twice in the last month. the ****ty part is they knew i was there. if you can ever get a plate # you can call 1-800-TELL-CHP (in California) and they will go after them as long as its not after the fact.

sorry bro hope the insurance thing goes ok

im guessing it will be a few days till i hear frome the insurence. the bike was picked up and taken to the shop today. the claims guy will probly take a look at it some time this week. all i can do is cross my fingers that its not totaled. i got a feeling its going to be close. the only problem is if its totaled i will just about break even. no bike and no bike payment.

Glad you're OK Asz! Hope you get your bike back in shape and it doesn't cost you your left nut.

But for future reference, if you want to take sorties off the pavement and ride those dry river beds, you need to get yourself one of these:

i was wishing i has knobie tires on the bike when we were pushing/pulling it back up the hill. thing is im not to well off in the money department. it would be around 6 to 10 months before i could buy one. then it would be a matter of finding the flat blue color that only came on the 06 636.
