Oh ok. At least they will take care of it for you. I know it sucks not being able to ride when you want to.

yea... i have had alot of that..... but im gonna have to pay to get my tranny rebuilt..... 1500$ probably......

good luck with the bike man,,,, id be more upset about something like your into than just mechanical failures..... one guy in the klx section high sided and messed up his klx pretty bad..... at least it looked bad, it was all just plactics and the gas tank, and they totaled it..... i guess ins companys just like to total bikes.... and the cost of repairs compared to what the bike costs...

the price of plastics is crazy. Ins companies want to have oem plastics used for repairs. So the bill adds up real fast. A new tank for my bike is 700-800 from the dealer .

wow..... i could only imagine how much whole fairings are..... the klx250 side panel is like 75$

the front fairing is 380 and the sides are 380 each take is 700-800. I'm not sure how much the tail section is. The head lights around 360. Yea it adds up real fast. If the frame gets scratched at all most insurnce places will total it right there.

we street bikers have it a lot hard then the dirt guys when it comes to replacing parts.

i cant tell you how many times i have laid my bike down.... only in dirt though,,, never on the asphalt...... nothing breaks.... a few scratches and pfftt..... its a dirt bike..... haha.....
