Don't mean to be depressing but I wanted to let everyone know about a friend of mine and fellow officer that was killed Wednesday 4-22-09. Officer Terry Adams, a 7 year veteran and motor officer, was on his way to an emergency call (lights and siren) when a guy in a cage pulled out in front of him. He died within a few minutes. This story is especially painful because the cage was driven by another good friend of mine. He suffered a broken back and other injuries but is expected to recover. Impact was the drivers door. It's a sad day around here. Pray for both of their families please. They need them.

 

Sorry for your loss...it's always a sad day when an officer is killed in the line of duty...
