So as some of you know, ever since joining this forum nearly 4 years ago and really way before that I have always wanted a rattle snake rattle. I don't know why, its not on my "bucket list" or anything, I just have always been intrigued with them, but in fact had never actually seen one in person....until today. George, (ol guy) who I have had the privilege of riding with, sent me not one but two rattles. I got them in the mail today. So a huge thanks George, I promise I will take care of them. Here is a picture, and yes they both work.

Congrats, Deej. There's no sound quite like it when you hear one (live) in the bush behind you. I was in New Mexico many years ago, and had that experience. Kinda makes you freeze for a few moments.....

maybe just a rumor, but ive heard that the rattles have a dust on them and if it gets in ur eyes it could make you blind. again im not sure

 

Not quite correct doggy, it makes you totally impotent! Deej, since you like rattlers so much, I am sending you the whole snake. Just be a little careful when you open the box!
