Absolutely and yes it will happen a 100xs more. There are more than a couple passenger doors with black scuff marks on em [:@]

Yeah it's **** like that, that makes a new rider a little freaked. When I started on my XR I was always getting nearly run over and probably the first time I almost said **** it, and hung up my helmet. That lasted a whole 30 seconds before I wanted to go riding again. It almost feels scarier when it happens on my Ninja because I don't feel as nimble. Maybe I just need to practice more swerving drills....
