Default MSF Course and eyewear..

I got my info for the MSF course and it says I need a faceshield or approved eyeglasses. A little confused on that. I'll be using one of their helmets, are they full face helmets?

all their helmets are open face 1942 boatflaked bell super motox style helmets and your required to wear a head condom with them. eyeglasses or goggles or some sort of eye protection is what there asking for. and i dont think you can use sun glasses.

when I took the course, they had full helmets. You can't go wrong with whatever they provide!

You should probably give them a call just to make sure. And chem lab goggles would probably be fine, they would pretty much be the same as safety glasses. Good luck and have fun at the course!

I know when I took my course, they did have some full face and some open face helmets. I had my own, so I didn't use any of theirs.

That sucks that you have to wait until May (but I know exactly how you feel, I took mine last year in April, the wait sucks but its well worth it!!!!)
