In Florida ya don't need the following
1. No Insurance Required
2. No Helmet Required. (lol Darwin Canidates)
3. No turn signals
4. No gear or common sense.
5. No experience to get a learner permit (written test only) for ANY 200+hp bike
6. Common Sense....I could go on.

We got squid galour

First we got young punks ridin sport bikes at way over 100+ down I-95
Second we got rich yuppies ridin their first bike(a $20k+ Harley) and can't even pull into a parkin space without "Walkin" the bike
Third we got old guys ridin 50cc scooters in the fast lane at 40 mph ina 55+ mph zone lol

only a written test required here to get your learners permit. but you aren't allowed to ride alone with it, you have to have another person with a valid M class liscense with you on your bike or on a bike near you.

thing is. from what i hear only half the people down here actually have liscenses. as long as they aren't doing anything stupid the cops leave the bikers alone.
