Washington State, no signals, or INSURANCE!!!!!!!! Now that's crazy right there. I remember when helmets were optional. What were we thinking.[8D]

helmets are still optional in some states.

some states don't even have noise restrictions on bikes.

Thanks, I thnk i will hang on to this in my bags. I'm a bit surprised there is no limit on the age of a passenger. I have seen some really little kids struggling to hang on to Dad while riding as a passenger. That's not smart to me! There should be a limit. Riding 2 abreast is legal, but IMO, not the safest way to ride in one lane. Staggered is much better in the event of a quick directional change.
