As some or most of you know, a week ago this past Saturday, 4 police officers were gunned down in a brutal cowardly act of murder. I have always instilled in my family and friends that we need to appreciate these men and women that protect us. And that no matter how you feel about Law enforcement or authority in general, you will agree that these officers keep us all safe.

Watching this service has been really hard. Especially when you see the children of the officers who have the courage to get up and speak in this the worst thing that they will ever face. Me heart goes out to all of the families there today, and all who have faced and will face situations like this repeated elsewhere.

My cousin is up there from Beaverton Oregon, he's a Detective Sergeant, performing Honor Guard Duty there.

4 pittsburgh police officers have died in the last 6 months or so... one just a few days ago....

 

Yeah it is pretty sad when you lose one of your own (fellow LEO). All this had started is a war on the streets. I really hope that community knows what is coming to them as far as police violence is concerned because there will be alot of undocumented assault occurring.

That job is dangerous like heck. That is why I got out of it a few years back.
