Plan on picking this up tomorrow (today) if it's in good condition. What's the full requirement on getting a trailer without a title? I have a two-hour drive to bring this back. Anything I should be careful of, or what's the legal way to get it back? I obviously don't live there. Is it inspect and register before towing? Depending on how early, I guess I could have it inspected in Helena.

I may pick up a truck bed shell for this on the way home too. Just register it as a utility trailer, and make a camper out of it. Divide the bottom, store gear below it. Have a place to sleep and take a four-wheeler or dirt bike up top. I've got an old truck box I can't sell I'll put on the front for spare storage. Seems like a good plan.
