I know its a little late but life has been crazy the past week or so sorry guys. Bike week was some of the most fun i have had on my motorcycle and some of the worst time i have spent on it. We left Tallahassee on Thursday we were suppose to leave at 3 PM... we left at 530 PM... we rode for about an hour and a half or so and then it started sprinkling... we decided to just go on it wasn't too bad, famous last words right? we were rained on for about 4 hours of our 6 hour trip not fun at all.

we arrived at the apartment we were staying and proceeded to attempt to drink our sorrows away, 20 minutes later we were passed out from just being exausted lol. Friday we went to the harley dealership and oogled toys that i will probably never be able to afford, and then it rained...again...

Saturday was absolutly wonderful thats where most of the pictures are from. There were thousands of bikes at the speedway. The weather was beautiful and we ended up just crusing around the rest of the day. If you guys get a chance i would definently try to make it to bike week or biketoberfest in daytona some time it was a really good time!

Looks like a lot of fun. My moms boyfriend usually goes. They go on a lot of rides to Tennesee and Mrytle Beach.

 

riding on the beach was fun as long as you stay on the hardpacked sand and avoided sandcastles! there was nodoby out really because it was so windy and chilly. we got up to like 35 or so which is flying on daytona beach. Back in the day they use to do speed trials on the beach i couldn't imagine punching the throttle on that sand though

I was also at Daytona mainly for the 200,I know one of the factory BMW racers. Compared to Mrytle Beach bike week Daytona was much better.

 

i really wanted to go to the 200 but this was a budget trip and 40 bucks was just too much for my buddies and I. I heard them when i was at the speedway i think im gonna try to make it to the race next year for sure.

A few years ago i went out to BCC's football stadium where they were doing dirt round track racing and that was cool as hell, but i have never seen a superbike race in person
