Oh let me tell ya like 12 min before i make this damn post i pulled over over oh let me tell ya i going down a 3 lane street named nova in Daytona Beach which is located in FL. Well anyway i hear police sirens behind i turn around to look and see them BEHIND ME. I pull over and did the normal routine take my helmet off gloves off bike off key out the ignition and sit there. And this is how the conversation went.


Police: Hey can u see
Me: What
Police: I said can u see
Me: Of course I can see
Police:U have your drivers Lic.
Me: Yes sir its in the back
Police:Ineed for u to get off the bike
(I get off)
Police: U look like your going to run give me your keys
(I give him the keys)
Police: Give me your lic.
Me: I need the keys to get the lic out the back of the bike
Police: Straddle the bike
(I straddle the bike)
(He calls for back up)
(He draws his gun)
Police: Get off the bike and sit on the curb
(I sit on the curb)
Police: You look likeyour lic is suspended
Me:----- ( looking blank face)
Three more cop cars come up making it a total of four that blocked me I am
sitting on the curb laying on my face likea F***** criminal they run
everything and he gives me a F***** $76 dollar ticket and then his reply.

Police: I pull a lot of u sportbiker guys over i will see u again.
Me: Cursing

And the thingis i had my helmet and glasses but the glasses were in my pocket with the lenses crushed so what da F**** did i do


I HATE THE POLICE I HATE ALL POLICE EVEN SECURITY. GUARDS YOUGUYS ARE ******

 

He pulls a weapon even after you gave him the keys? A $76 ticket for what? Maybe 5 miles over the speed limit?
Either he had a bad bike week or there is more to this story. (He could've been on his monthly also)
Sucks about the ticket and your glasses. Personnally, I would have asked him to get your glasses out of your jacket prior to being in the criminal position.
Cheer up, your riding days are not over.

 

Sorry bought the ticket and all. Yes sometimes the cops can have their moments good and bad. Some are d-cks and some are not, looks like you ran into a d-ck or he was having a bad day.

 

DUDE that SUCKS big time!!!!!
I got pulled over the other day, i did a wheelie and looked up to the next block and there was a cop. He asked me if i had a hard time keeping it on 2 wheels... and just gave me a warning.... man, after hearing that story, i got reallly lucky!!! So what is the ticket actually for? Not wearing your corrective lenses? Thats sooooo bs.... Wonder what his "reason" to pull you over was..... they dont really need a reason.....

 

i suggest fighting it. Providing he dint have reason to pull you over.tail light out, turn signal out, brake light, ect... and speeding are reasons unforutnally. but with the ticket im gonna assume its not signal and brake light. from the osunds of it you hvae a decent case. my best friend is a florida cop. so i could help ya out possibly

 

If you really didn't do anything illegal or su****ious, then I would definitely call bulls*it on the cop.

 

To him the reason was just not having protective eye wear and also may i note thar i live in Daytona Beach FL so as yall no we just had bike week maybe he was still PO. I will tell u this I do plan on fighting it. And the way he stopped me was i was heading north on nova and as i was at the red light he was coming off a side street onto nova as the light turned green as startted to acc. next thing i no i hear sirens behind me i look back and the ***** is behind me.

I didn't know not having proper eye wear could get yourself a ticket. That's kinda lame.[:'(]
