Changes are coming but it will never be like it was 10 years ago.
I looked at houses, where i live now,back then and decided to stay in Torrance. Now the same 3500 ft house on 12000 ft lot is 900,000 and back then it was 300,000 [>:]

 

Something has to give. I can't see how people can pay the inflated prices for houses.

 

the bubble has busted. It is a buyers market now and prices are dropping but slowly. I am hopping to move up on the hill and get a house with pool before the kids get to big to enjoy it.

 

hell jus get the kids out the house and then get the pool skinny dippin all the time

 

you know whats sad, theres not a house for sale in my hood thats under 700 grand and this is not the greatest of places to live. theres about 35 houses for sale in a 4x4 mile radius. california sucks

 

i have a chance to work on the nascar circuit. ill be onthe road for 46 weeks but ill make atleast 90 grand

 

pay off my schooling and get a new car, bike, and house.

i just rode my bike and got caught in rain. first time geting wet. it sucked ***

 

shirt is dripping wet and my jeans were wet all the way through. then i had to sit in a doc office. i froze!
