'sup J?

KX, I eat lots of protein as well. For me it works better to get the muscle milk light, and drink two shakes a day to keep the calories down. SOme good creatine works well, but leave the creatine shakes alone, they are nasty and science has moved past them to two capsules a day. Get some mega men vitamins from GNC and they will make you feel nice (and your **** flourescent green), the best ones have 9 pills in each vita-pak.

Yep GNC is your best friend but expensive. Instead of drinking all that protien powder and droppin bricks in the morning with your coffee try Mega MRP Extreme, it's a total meal supplement for those who don't eat well. Doesn't weigh ya down or bloat ya either.

Do some reasearch on Viraloid for lean muscle mass, you won't be dissapointed. Used it for 3 months and packed on 8 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks , then combined with Tridenosen I noticed a huge gains. (note: supplements are not for everyone so do your reasearch)

right now i use whey-gain, simply because it comes in huge containers and had 48G of protein in each scoop thing.

the way i get away with eating so ****ty is iodine... i know its a stereotype but ever notice how like 90% of asians are skinny? thats not genetics, its the fish they eat, fish has tonnes of natural iodine in it. iodine speeds up your thyroid gland (metabolism control center) and makes you burn fat like no tomorrow. i personally make an effort to eat at least some sushi every day. havent been lately though
