I feel like whoring it up
Good plan, I go at least 5 times a week. I lost a lot of weight at first. After about month 4 I stopped losing weight but have been slimming in the right places, and getting bigger in the right places. I am stronger now than I ever was in the Army, can't run as much though. I do an hour of lifting followed by an hour of cardio every night. I go to LA fitness now and it is an awesome gym. Good luck, and hopefully the new year resolution people will quit within a few weeks this year so the rest of us can get some good workouts in!

however, this holiday thing threw a big brick into my plans, i havnt been to the gym in 2 weeks and im eating like a pre-hibernation bear
my abs are gone and my pecs are getting flabby
i dont wanna ramble but ill throw in one more thing, protein is your friend. your best friend... he posses god like powers. i started amking 50g (gram) protein shakes every morning in about july and i was filling out before that, but by the 2nd or 3rd week of those shakes i started questioning if they were secretly roids. protein also burns fat like a 14 year old pyro with a can of gas and a handfull of matches. i could go on and on with this health ****, i became morbidly obsessed with it back in febuary... i could type half a book on here if i wanted to
i wish i could gain weight
i'm the opposite of most people. only way i can gain weight it through muscle mass, and if i stop working out, it disapears fast (my body eats it)
so i gave up years ago and just maintain a a high level of activity to keep the cardio vascular system in shape.
I do want ot get back into my endurance training, I've got mad endurance but only at a lower pace like a hiking pace. can hike 20 miles but if i do a mile run I'm about to pass out/puke at the end. i need to up the pace and improve my bodies handling of the blood sugar and lactic acid levels.

ruthlessburger will be back im not worried. besides leftbitch did ok on sunday.
Miami? did they even play? #7 might not be in for the first round of play offs depending on how bad he wacked his head. But no worries. You wouldn't believe all the BS on the radio shows about this...blah-blah blah, this town is crazy come play-off time.
I'll eat just about anything that tastes good to me at the time.
in a pinch i'll settle for a box of man-n-cheese or a pizza. back when I was actively trying ot gain weight I would coem home from school, eat half a loaf of bread and wash it down with a double weight gainer shake.
never gained a pound, it only made me hyper. My body adjusts my metabolism for how much food I have. If i eat a lot I burn it off and it makes me hyper and makes me produce more body heat (handy in the winter), if I eat less I run cold, if i eat too little ot not frequently enough I black out from low blood sugar.
when backpacking I usually go through 3000 calaries at meal times, plus about 3000 in snacks (warm weather)
in cold weather camping I'll eat an MRE as a midnight snack (2-3000calaries) to keep me warm through the night and wake up starving at 6 am.
