has anyone priced out the factory manuals on kawi lately? actually any brand. Fricken gold prices these last few months.

Was going to add my next dream bike manual to my collection. I will have to wait. (KLX 450)

are the factory manuals going for that much?
I gave the factory manual on the RC-51 to the guy I sold it to along with the owners manual I had.

I had the bike on the rear stand going over some things and I now know why I am surprised how low the bike is. It has a lowering link installed, my friend who is picking up a 05 zx10 tomorrow said she will trade me the stock link for the lowering link. I'm fine with the stock height of the bike. I sat on the one she is picking up. I can just barely flat foot the bike. Now my bike with the link I am flat footing with my knees bent. Aside from making the bike better for shorter people is there any advantage to having a lowering link better for drag racing or something?

Weather in the 70's for two days this week. Out on the Victory on Friday and the KLX on Saturday. Life is good.

maybe that and strapping down the front aszreal since these things are so wheelie prone. I am a short F'er and can flat foot my 10r with the stock dog bones. My suspension is also setup for me, ie sag numbers.

What's up with CA? is there a get one 10r and get the other for free? sheesh

Today is the last day of sunshine. Its going to rain tomorrow through the week and possible weekend.

My friend who was looking at zx10's is going to pick up a 05 magma red today. I was looking at that same one but the price wasn't right for me. Its got 9k miles on it and the guy wants 4500 firm. The only mods it has are the zx6 radial steel braided lines in front and cbr1000 calipers its also regeared -1+2 and has a TRE on it. My friend wants to put the stock gearing back on as she will be touring a lot and likes the gearing on mine more. I only have +1 in the rear. We might end up swapping rear links she is a lot shorter then I am. I was just wondering other then height difference is there any advantage to the lowering link.
