That is a nice BMW did it come with heated grips lol. So far my RC seems to be running fine even though I didn't do anything to it. Once summer hits I'm going to try and sell it and pick up a ZX10.

Deej a friend of mine bought one of those brand new way before I knew him. He still has it and it still runs after 160k miles. It smokes a little but runs. He just bought a new one last year but still uses the older one from time to time.

BMW is about 400 lbs.....same as the Honda 900rr that I've put 40k on. The positioning is very much the same (seats a little harder on the BMW) but the turning is feather light and the power is amazing
Plus the buzzing is nearly gone.

The ABS/Traction can be totally turned off and then you only have four modes to ride........ have completely different characteristics -- its really not a gimmick.

I have a couple friends with the new s1000. It kind of sucks that BMW puts the limiter on the bike until break in is done. I forgot where its limited to. I want to say like 7k rpm. They all say the same thing once is broken and the dealer "unlocks" the bike the thing is a beast.
