Ok bruised knee, I will take your word on that.

Had to show up on 2 other commercial buildings with busted pipes again. They thought that by being frugal meant turning off all heat. Now it is costing them 100 times as much at least!

I am so glad we dont have that problem here. We have problems with mold here because of it always being wet. There is only abt a day or two a year it will get cold enough to freeze water.

be happy it wasn't your house...... you would have to live in it and that would really suck! now you need to inspect and replace all the bad corners and "t"s job security!
