Dang, where is the Kawisaki 8. whatever jigawatt generator! They even offer a generator? Hate to go Red if that is the case.

 

Well after buying and returning several POS generators, BTW never buy a Durpower generator, I have finally settled on this Honda model. EU6500is.

The other units either were to loud or would not handle the load. Freaking duropower is all false advertisement. Their rated 1600-watt unit would not run a 1200-watt piece of equipment and loud as hell.

The Honda is super quite and the store let us bring my blenders and put a load on it before I bought it. It was able to start 2 15 amp motors under load at the same time while on low throttle. Cost a bundle but it will be paying for itself soon.

We have our first event this Sunday, end of summer concert at a church 2000-2500 people and have 3 more same size or larger events scheduled through the beginning of October.

I will post some pics of us at the church event next week.

yea i know Honda, but after researching it they make the best generators and the thing is soooooooo quiet.

Yup, I am also looking at the quiet Honda generators. Need air conditioning in my trailer!
