Time to run/walk to work. I feel sorry for families that just bought 300,000 homes new trucks and cars in the past couple years, because this year is going to kill alot of people, but there is nothing we can do. It will get to the point where the middle class wont even be able to afford to live. The American dollar is about as good as an piece of tp. Has anyone been paying attention to the price of silver and gold? I remember about eight years ago it was like 5 bucks a ounce now it is around 18 bucks a ounce, and the dollar is steadily decreasing... get where I'm going with this. I can imagine in the near future to match or be worse then the Great depression. This is just the tip of the iceburg, I don't want to see how it is going to be in a yearor two.

top of high gas prices with weak dallor and a lot of company lay offs you got your self the makings of a good depression.

there seems to be no big secret about the inevitable recession from what it sounds like from the gub-mint. they do not at all deny that we're in a sad state of affairs.. you would think they would refrain from stating the downward spiral to the (ignorant) masses to avoid panic.

haha.. you'd also think they would try to fix that, eh? i guess that huge chunk of cash distributed across the nation as a(so-called) "stimulus package" was supposed to upset the balance.

boy, was IT effective at stabilizing our economy! hooray for the gubmint.

I am stumped. There is a .43 cent difference in gas per gal for 91 ontane from where I live and oakland. Oakland is about 30 somthing miles away. I don't get why there is such a huge diffrence in gas price. 91 oct where I am can be found for the mid 3.80's and in oakland its in the mid 4.20's.

lmao niklucas.. even the best laid plans.....

well asz, they do it cuz they can. you'd chit yourself if you saw the insane differences just a few miles make around here.. theres no standard.

and besides.. 20 minutes south puts me in Va, where gas is cheaper than it is is te bluk of Wv's eastern panahandle... 20 minutes north puts me in maryland, where it can be better or worse depending on what side of town you're on!.. another 15 min north puts you in Pa.. gas is stupid high there as well.
