never heard of "extrude honing" obviously, which is the process he desribed. like play-doh with sand in it... pretty cool stuff.

ya. i've been into motors and all kinds of mechanical crap since i was yay big (use imagination), but i just find it hard to believe that even if someone DOESN'T have mechanical experience, that maybe, just maybe common sense would engage at some point.
how does someone like that survive on earth for as long as they have without constant supervision an help? theres a guy where i work at thats kinda like that. i really wonder how hes lived all these years.

ya know, sometimes i enjoy the misery of others. its my comedic relief and fortifies my faith in the dumbing down of society.
i can somehow still find light in it withmy pessimism tho!!

That can't have really happened. Nobody can be that stupid. I've had to fix people stupid car mistakes, being amechanic, but never in my life have I seen it that bad. That's a new brand of stupidity.

i dunno RR, i know some straight up dumbasses, and i believe that in theory, they'd believe something of that nature and its effectiveness.
lol.
i had a lady with an old 740 iL come in for some work.. did an oil change and avalve cover gasket, and told her to ad oil as needed. well, less than a week later, the car comes in leaving a smokescreen.
upon careful interrogation, she addmitted that she was assing oil regularly- w/o/ checking the oil level in that BMW V8..
well, she somehow managed to fit 15 quarts of oil in that bad boy. somehow it still ran...
