I have seen several articles discussing encoded bullets. So of course I have my own opinions, like, if they cannot outlaw or recover all guns, then just restrict the sale of ammo. If bullets are encoded, then normal citizens will be the only ones identified when they are simply trying to defend themselves. Criminals will of course find a way to bring in ammo from countries that do not encode ammo. It would drive up the price of ammuinition higher than it already is.
Sometimes I just dont know why the big hype over guns. There are a lot bigger problems we need to deal with. Like the economy. Have they looked at the chaos that could be created if people without jobs cant feed their families, or keep a roof over their heads. When people get desperate, they can be very dangerous and do not need a gun to inflict injury.
To me guns are the least of our problems. So let's drive up the cost of ammo, and make un-encoded ammo only accessible to criminals, yeah right! Then when honest citizens defend themselves, we will get sued by criminals who can prove without a doubt that we were the ones that shot them.
I think I will invest in a few cases of illegal ammo, just to make myself feel better about this whole crock of chit! I really wish Ted Nugent was president!!!
