I was informed last minute that I had to cook for eight late last night

I ran to the store Sunday morning and found some prime rib on sale for 6.99/lb ....sweet fire up the smoker and I should be good to go at 3pm....damn girls and their "get togethers"



Tie her up



Made some twice baked taters, while the good stuff was smokin.



Mmmmmm.....need some garlic/butter spread for the fresh garlic bread.



Ohhh....prime rib hit 135 internal....let her rest in foil for an hour...while the girls make tomatoe salad.



Time to slice and serve....damn I can cook, I need to open a bistro or sumthin.

 

I trapped and cooked this suspisious looking Rabbit that I found sneaking about in my back yard yesterday morning. Well, that's what I told my kids they were eating.

 

I cooked up a ham and glazed it with a carmel brown sugar glaze. I whipped up some mashed potatoes and grave, and threw in some mac and cheese too. For desert, a peach and an apple pie. GOOD STUFF!

 

lol,, I cooked a grilled cheese and ramen noodles FTW!!!!

we cooked a live crab with steamed artichokes.

 

The girls cooked a honey glazed smoked ham, cheesy O'grotten potatoes, salad, dinner rolls, with carrot cake and cheeze cake for desert. It was delicious!

 

haha oh yeah,, Didnt relize it was easter until about 6 that evening lol

 

me the wife and my buddy glen went out riding though the moutians of tenn, and then ate at this biker bar, i had a club sammich and my wife had a sammaich too. my buddy glen had a burger. and then i came home and we chicken cassoral with biskits
