Yeah, ya know there's nothing wrong with panties being down but what's wrong is time and place. There seems to be no social restraint or etiquette. I'd been going to a local wine festival for years but stopped a few seasons back because people were getting out of control and puking on themselves and everywhere else.

I'm no saint or theologian. In fact, I like to party and throw back some beers as much as the next guy. But the further we get away from Biblical teachings and gravitate toward secular humanism, then the more we're gonna see of this type of behavior. Like it or not, religion sets boudries for societies that act as safeguards. We're seeing societies in the west that have flat out lost any moral compass or inhibitions.
