Mark, I was going to offer a trite quip or joke, but in a rare moment of measured restraint, I thought better of it. Not sleeping can really be awful. I believe that it is a common torture technique to deprive one of sleep. Hope you get a handle on it and I'd definitely exhaust (no pun intended) all other avenues before resorting to drugs, such as daily exercise, eating right, no caffein, etc.
And a clear conscience, too. Maybe you should just fess up as to where the bodies are buried and get that off your conscience.

This is pretty bad. The day I read this topic, I suffer a BA case of insomnia. I couldn't sleep at all today. I'm gonna be suffering by the time 8AM rolls around.

I wish it was like sick leave and I could donate some sleep to you guys that suffer this affliction. I mean after all I do have over 400 hours of sick leave stacked up. But I guess I should save it for when my old man arthritis days kick in.
