yes lee could block his punches but lee is a small dude and tyson knocked out guys that acually blocked his knock out punches look at his vids. everyone looks up lee vids, check out tyson in his prime videos. he was a bad bad man, and the 2 inch punch was more like pushing someone off thier center of gravity,
Granted lees whole body was fast, But hes not like lighting fast tyson could just go up and grab him got him into a corner like he always has and rip him to shreads

 

Yes, there is no doubt that if Tyson got Lee cornered, it would be lights out for Lee.
