lets see some socal and nearby riders get together on may 27, and go ride angeles crest. its a saturday on memorial weekend. if anyone is interested, then lets make it happen.

MEETING UP AROUND 10-1030. RIDE ANGELES CREST HWY. MAYBE GRAB A BITE TO EAT IN GLENDALE OR SOMEWHERE AROUND THAT AREA. EITHER RIDE THE 10 OR THE 210 BACK TOWARDS THE I.E. NOTHING IS SET IN STONE THOUGH. IF ANYONE WOULD RATHER DO ON SUNDAY OR ANY OTHER DAY JUST LET US KNOW.

 

did you check to see if it is open all the way through. 3 weeks ago it was closed at the pacific trail head, coming from the 15 frwy. Not sure how far you can go up from Glendale.

 

i just checked it. the highway is closed half way through it. maybe we can just ride rim of the world instead

 

Thats where I went 3 weeks ago once I got turn away. The rim was great.
How did you check for the road being closed and was ther a reason?
