Default 540,000 miles on a Mercury Comet?

I think this is a neat story. This old lady has had this car for so many years, and still loves like the day it was new! I love old people like this! They just don't makem like they use too

That story rocked! I especially love how she carries a concealed weapon and tells the man that she doesnt need someone's permission to go do anything. hehe

Yeah; I bet the mechanics at the dealership LOVE seeing her come by the shop. 10 head gaskets, 2 ring and valve jobs, 3 starters, 2 master cylinders, a couple water pumps, 50 brake shoes (front and rear; no silly disc brakes here!) 28 tires, 3 sets of hoses and belts, and gee; she's STILL driving the same car.....
My old Rover is pushing 200K. I appreciate her grit; you go lady!

My truck 3/4 ton dodge diesel is on 4th set of tires, 2 lift pumps, one set of head light bulbs two brake jobs on the front and only one on the rear.
215k there is no way I could ever complain! oh ya, I also get 20mpg.

I'm looking forward to 500K!
