depends on how far youre going, how populated the town is, and how bust the road youre riding on is.
i live in derry nh. and if youre from around here you know that 121 is FULL of cars that fly. the speed limit is 65, my 50 year old dad that does 70 in the fastlane on the highway will do roughly 85-90 on this road. well i live just under a 1/4 mile from this thing and about 8mi down it is a sweet little family store that sells all sorts of goodies. so i decided it would be a good move to hop on my kx125 and go to don's (the store) and buy some dr.pepper and hostess cupcakes. i never got caught. sooooo feeling cocky that weekend i went back to get gum and more soda...... my bike was impounded(it gets worse) i had to pay $220 to get the poor thing back. and to top that off officer di**hole somehow managed to put a nice purdy dent in my fmf fatty. so its really just luck. id say that if you MUST ride on roads wait til traffic is minimal and keep it on small noone cares about kinda roads.

I got pulled over several times on my dirt bike but was able to get off with just a warning. Finally bought an enduro!
When you have looks like your, it probably wasn't hard getting off with a warning.
