Also is there a safety switch on the bike? the reason I ask is because like stated before my bike starts in gear from simply squeezing the clutch. Most bike I seen never start in gear. On my bike youhad to be in neutral and theclutch had to be out.Was thinking about just buying a new switch for it, but I don't want to spend alot of money trying to find a problem. help please...

I start my zx7 and the 10r by pulling in the clutch while it is in gear with the kickstand up though.

The reason it is starting when you pull in the clutch is very likely do to the starter button being shorted. the clutch saftey switch is working because you stated before that if it is nuteral it will start be turning the key on. if the clutch switch were not working the engine would try to start while its in gear with the clutch out. The problem is in your starter butoton curcuit. I have no doubt of that. Its either gonna be the button itself or the wiring between the key switch and the button. I would be willing to put money on the button switch being bad. I would also bet that your starter is staying engaged when the bike is running.

This could be true..I got my bike back yesterday and everthing was working fine no more problems. The manager at the shop said he does not know what it was but he tried time after time to get the bike to do it again and it would not do it. It's a mistery right now. All I know is before the only way I could start my bike was with my bike in neutrul and clutch out, anything other than that and it would't start. Then last week while in gear and pressing the clutch in it started, and in neurtul clutch out when I truned the key to the on position it started up. Both cases no start button was pressed. Do you think it's a good idea to replace the switch anyway?

It couldn't hurt especially if the switch doesn't cost to awful much. becareful not to over heat it if your soldering the new one in.

I hate thinking of just swapping parts without a full diagnosis.
