what sprocket to get

i have a 98 zx7r jetted d&d slip on and air box mod. im looking to put a procket on the bike and looking for feedback. im looking at going down 1 in the front up 2 in the back and going with a 520 chain.

sprocket specialist is the kind i used. you can get em at cycle gear they always worked good on my zx6 i had.

what are you looking for in the sprocket change. I'd stick with a 525 for chain strength reasons. I did a -2+2 and its great for low end, but when you have to cruise, the rpms are very high. redline is about 160. I got mine on ebay for 80 bucks. I'm going to change from -2+2 which is 14/45. I think I'm going to a 15/44-45. I origianlly did the change to wheelie easier but I didn't acomplish what I wanted, and after my spill, I don't need that low of gearing. so -1+2 sounds good. of just maybe a +2. I'm going to get it from sum of all parts. 150 shipped. front/rear sprockets and a xchain. I've got a how to on my 7 if ya need it
