I was installing frame sliders on my 95 zx7 and got the left side done fine... But when I went to take the engine mount bolt out of the right side, i got about 1/2 a turn, then the nut on the inside started spinning...!!!! I was hoping someone on here has done the same, and had any tips or tricks for trying to lock the nut to get the bolt out, thanks in advance.
