I have an 06 636 with a +1 in the front sprocket. I did 174 in 6th with more room to go. I had an 02 GSX-R 1000 and I hit the gov at 186.
the stock speedo is not correct, and with your sprocket change that will mess with you speedometer even more. In reality you were probably around 150ish, but it is still cool seeing those numbers on there

ive hit speeds up to 160mph on my 04 with -1 +2 gearing

i never really have the sense or time to look down at my speedo =] ...but yeah, if you want to impress people with top-end get a liter bike.

03 636 168mph on speedo without power commander and k&n so maybe now I could squeeze a little more out haha but yeah she does alright

I had my 06 636 at 176 in about a mile and with my speddo healer and gear change I now see 167.

Several years ago in Cali on a 04 R6 157, but ran out of road. It could of kept on climbing. I'm 210lb though and with the 10 percent speedo difference it was probably around 141.
