I have been surfing the rest of the forum and came across the sights and sounds section of this forum. I think that all of the riders should take a look at some of the accidents in that section. For the most of us, riding season is getting closer and I think we might need to be reminded of the dangers that we all face. I dont want to sound like a wuss, but some of those photos and movies are very disturbing. Motorcyling is one of the funnist things that I can do. It is such a stress relief just to ride back roads all day. All riders be safe and watch for cagers that are not paying attention.

 

Those videos always make me think twice before I do anything real stupid on my bike. You're absolutely right about encouraging others to check out these misfortunes.

I like to watch the videos and think about what would happen and what would change in my life if I were to be in an accident. Think about what you can lose, think about others around you as well...drive safe, drive smart.

 

I use the vids to emphasize to my better half the necessity for track riding again. The vids normally prove the facts to her.
